1. Introductory Provisions
These Personal Data Processing Principles (hereinafter referred to as the "Principles") describe how the operator MDDr. Hana Žižková, Zahradní 380/10, Samotišky, 779 00, ID No. (IČO) 19549270, trade license issued in Olomouc on July 24, 2023 under ref. no. SMOL/216814/2023/OZIVN/RGR/Bla (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), processes personal data of website visitors, email subscribers, and customers utilizing the FAPI.cz ordering system.
The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
2. Scope of Processed Data
The Controller processes only those personal data voluntarily provided by the user or customer via the website or ordering system. There are two separate processing cases:
Orders via the FAPI.cz system
For the purposes of order processing, invoicing, and ensuring participation in events, the following data are processed via the FAPI.cz system:
- e-mail,
- name and surname (of the customer and the event participant),
- street and house number,
- city, postal code, country,
- date of birth (in case of event participation),
- additional information (if provided),
- company purchase information (if provided).
3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data are processed exclusively for the purpose of:
- processing orders, issuing invoices, and maintaining accounting records (FAPI.cz),
- fulfillment of legal obligations arising from accounting and tax regulations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data is based on:
- performance of a contract and legal obligations (in the case of orders via FAPI.cz).

5. Data Retention Period
Personal data are retained for the duration of the consent – i.e., as long as the user is subscribed to the newsletter, or for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and legal obligations (e.g., tax records). After unsubscribing or the expiration of the statutory period, the data are removed without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.
6. Data Transfer and Processors
The Controller may transfer personal data to trustworthy processors who participate in the technical and administrative support of its activities:
- FAPI Business s.r.o., ID No. (IČO) 07671563, with its registered office at F. A. Gerstnera 2151/6, 370 01 České Budějovice, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file no. C 109473 – provider of the ordering system.
All processors process data exclusively based on the Controller's instructions and in accordance with GDPR.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject (user) has the right to:
- request access to their personal data,
- request their correction or deletion,
- withdraw granted consent,
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
8. Security of Personal Data
The Controller takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. Only persons authorized by the Controller have access to personal data.
9. Cookies
The website peshko-prague.cz uses only technical cookies necessary for the basic functionality of the website (e.g., submitting a form or processing an order via the FAPI.cz system).
We do not use any analytical, marketing, or personalization cookies.
